| " I enjoy pursuing a wide range of design, be it baroque decadence or zen like quiet and calm. My most recent line of blue and white work allows me to pursue a variety of styles and content. My forms generally find their shape in the basic intended use of the object I am making, as well as the simplicity of cutting, shaping and joining slabs of clay. I draw on classical and compelling vase silhouettes when creating new vase shapes.
I take meticulous care with each item I make and feel that there is really nothing more satisfying than to make something beautiful to be used and enjoyed.
